Reeves House is generous without feeling anonymous. The current Plum Guide listing describes a colorful, flowing home where a group can cook breakfast around the island, settle into the sofas, put on a record, or turn the games room into a friendly competition.
The bedrooms shift the mood with crisp white spaces for the end of the day. Outside, the porch, outdoor shower, beach, and boardwalk keep the house connected to Wildwood rather than sealed away from it.
The house is currently represented through a local manager. Stay the Nite is preparing for a return to independent management in 2027, with direct-stay policies and availability still to be confirmed.
Two earlier views preserve the scale, porch, and Tudor lines that still define Reeves House on Magnolia Avenue.

Seven bedrooms and eight beds across the second and third floors, with shared spaces on the first.
